Very nice gaming laptop
I was impressed with this laptop once I got it. It ran all my games right out of the box with little difficulty. I did increase the ram in this to 32 GB, only because I also work in 3D art and I wanted to ensure I could run those 3D programs without a hitch.Pros – Works great out of the box. Very nice laptop for the priceCons – Needed just a bit more ram for my liking Battery life can be a bit short depending on what you’re doing. Sometimes the battery runs down inas little as 2 hours. My old laptop’s battery would last 4 hrs minimum, 6 hrs if I wasn’t playing games online. I wish the power on button was located in a different spot.Overall, this unit is a beast and I’m extremely happy with this laptop.

Very nice
This is a great lil’ laptop for the price. Def plays games, I run both WOW and FF14 on it and use it to flop around in bed, be lazy, and play games or do some writing or answering emails if I don’t want to sit at the PC. It’s was purely a self-care kind of buy but I can see someone getting this as their main PC as it should, and would very easily cover most of your needs that buying a larger desktop, keyboard, mouse, monitor would be equal to. If you’re kinda broke but still want something that’ll last you a couple years and let you play games while you save for something big and beefy, this is your guy. Or the very near equivalents also from MSI with bigger SSD and better processors. But this one would cover your butt for a good bit.

Quality Laptop
A very nice high-quality laptop gets the job done fantastically one thing to note is that the battery will last only 90 minutes. This is due to the fact that the computer has a very high graphic output other than the battery life. The product is absolutely fantastic. MSI has done it again. They have delivered a wonderful laptop.

Fuelcell is trash
Fuelcell (the seller of this laptop) is the worst thing that happened to this page. I ordered two of these and didn’t receive anything. The worst part is that they dont care, once they have your money you’re on you’re on your own. I contacted them to no avail, DO NOT ORDER THIS LAPTOP IF ITS SOLD BY FUELCELL.I want to clarify something, this is NOT a review for the laptop per se, i belive the laptop should be great because MSI is a great brand, but DO NOT use this seller.

Just what I needed.
My old laptop was getting slower and games were taking at least 5 minutes to boot up (they load much faster on the MSI). I got this laptop at the recommendation of a friend (who has the same model and knew I had a tighter budget). It has been a good machine – it does run hotter when playing Helldivers 2, but I just run a desk fan on it while playing.

1 complaint, rest basic info.
(only complaint and easy solution) a lot of extra fluf is on it when you get it, but if you know how to optimize your pc. then its not such a big issue (please NEW programers, dont try to do it yourself if you dont know, because some items are STILL needed to keep your os’s integrity on updates and hardware.)if you want to see if you can without being sure then this product does have a backup drivers page on msi, like most of their models.okay now the good/okay partsheat is what you would expect from a 13th gen i5 with this graphics card down throttled. the intake fans handle it well.fan locations are rear 1″ section and both rear side sections.power supply will get hot even with it throttled down so i’d recomand keeping it on a cold non-insulating surface (but lets be real, most laptops need a cooling pad or cold ground stones to last so i’d say 4/5 there)battery life is based on low power mode, so gamers be prepared if you doing graphics heavy things for it to be shorter but its reasonable for what the graphics card pullsthe graphics card alone makes this a great buy for only $600ish, as when you up its speed to its ideal with the i5 overclocked to its med/high range it will make games like cyberpunk run at high settings reasonably well (though you better add a cooling pad!)and lastly the keyboard and touchpad are the norm back lit keys and unlit touchpad. it has function keys for your basic needs and they can be reprogrammed easily enough to add/change to more options.over all i like it!

Order took longer than it said it would. Other than that computer works fine after day 1
When I ordered it said the laptop would arrive in a week! that’s a long time, but I said ok, week is probably worse case scenario. I figured I would take the weekend to install everything, I was really looking forward to it. note that I would not have ordered if it would have been told me it would take more than a week.On the day of delivery I stayed home because it requires a signature. It did get here the next day.Other than that the laptop seems to be working fine. I ran Red dead redemption 2 on it and it works well on 60ffs.

Durablity and charger fit.
I really have been impressed started 3 d printing and this computer has been able to handle everything that I need it to. I have seen other review .The listing said windows 10 and it actuallycomes with windows 11. This is not going to lose a star in my eyes. I do think the case needs to be a little more durable. I also think the connect for charging wire is lacking it is not a tight fit also in middle of laptop . All others that Iam familiar and comfortable with are located in back. The loose fit of plug does not allow true connection everytime. I thought Iwas charging it one night come to find out next morning it never charged. So with that loss of 1 star because of charger connect.

Not Worth the Cheap Price.. save up and get something better
Been waiting to write a honest review about this laptop. I am an architecture student and I thought by purchasing this laptop this would help me throughout my senior year studies but I am going to have to buy ANOTHER laptop. This is not a bad laptop for the price but that is about it. The battery life on this laptop is horrible. A full charge can get you one hour at the most. I wish I could return this to be honest and get my money back. Battery is horrible and an inconvenience. Cannot see myself using this long term.

Perfect for teen
My son received this as a Christmas gift and he loves it. Has used it every day and he says it’s pretty fast. The storage is halfway used up for a teenager. He can add and delete things. Very good value for what you get. I searched many stores for something similar, and I’m glad I ended up with this one.

BAD HINGES on MSI Laptops stay away
Super disappointed as I took another chance with this brand and yet again the same problem with the hinges falling apart, this time on the GL 75 Leopard model but im sure this is an issue on many of there models, super cheap plastic and no durability. This is going to cost me money and a ton of time, not happy.

Would not buy again
Their customer service is trash. We can get anywhere with them about getting our computer fixed. When we go to the warranty we bought with it it tells us that the manufacturer warranty will cover it but when we messaging them they told us they don’t have one. So we are getting the run around all the way around. We have had it a year and bought a 2 year Warranty now are stuck with a paper weight and can’t get anyone to help us.10/10 wouldn’t buy again.
