Ok but hard to find any info to upgrade.
I both it and wanted to upgrade the memory and ssd on it, but can’t hardly find any info for it.It is a cheap gaming laptop but the info on it is almost none existente. Otherwise I would have given a 4 stars on it. what a shame.

Disappointed
I don’t write a lot of reviews, however, I felt the need to with this computer.I’m a little upset and feel duped. This company ran multiple ads with the same exact computer with different prices. The prices ranged from $399-$1599, there was a $459.00 and a $565.00. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice these different prices until after I purchased the computer. The one I purchased said regular price $1599 marked down to $565 during prime days. So what is the actual value of this computer?The computer arrived later than it said when shipped, the fault was with Amazon not this company.Upon arrival, the computer was completely dead. Dead! Absolutely no power whatsoever. Im older than the internet and have purchased plenty of laptops in my life, never once did I receive a laptop that was completely dead until now. That can’t be good for the battery.I finally got it all charged and turned it on. It took what seemed like forever for the screen to power up. Once it did, it took another few minutes to boot up. For a laptop that supposed to have some speed, it shouldn’t have taken so long to boot up.Hopefully it gets better as I begin to use it. But as of now, I can’t recommend this laptop. Especially since they play games with pricing.

Bad customer service
I bought this laptop in May and was so happy with it. It doesn’t come with Microsoft or DVD player and I got use to that over the years but I have never had a charger break off, the small metal part of the charger broke off in the laptop and so now it’s no good. I ordered insurance on it but Amazon said the seller warranty would cover that. Now it’s been almost a week since I reported it on their site and I have never heard back or been offered a replacement charger. I just left a vm after five days no response to web message… Would never order something else from this company.Update: They finally contacted me yesterday and said if I took photo of the damage they would replace it. Got an email at 4am 10/12 saying because they don’t have the item in stock — company doesn’t keep replacement chargers in stock — I have to buy a new one and they will reimburse me. I’m waiting for them to respond to my question if they are doing a total reimbursement because I don’t want to spend 35 for free shipping for a replacement 12 charger the company doesn’t keep in stock.

Great little inexpensive PC
Works well, down sides are the power cord is very short and WIFI is very weak..have to very close to the router for it to get a connection. I bought for travel so, should work okay connected to my smart phone. My wife moved my PC and the power cord broke, I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly! They promptly replaced the cost of a new cord. Bottom line, Great little, sturdy PC for low dollars. I bought this instead of a tablet, which is close in cost. Very good support and happy with it as a spare for browsing and light work. Cooling system is great too. Buy it!

Reliable and Cheap
I have been using this laptop for a few months now. It runs video streaming, zoom meetings, and low-graphics games easily. Browsing is quick. The charger did break within a couple days. The speakers are pretty quiet, but there are solutions to this.

Small business need met!
Laptop does what I need it to for my small business. A bit slow sometimes, but always gets the job done. Usually I prefer trackpads with buttons so I know my clicks occur, but this laptop is so responsive I’ve yet to have an issue. Had a problem with the charging cord but reached out to customer service and within a few hours the problem was resolved. Super responsive and accomodating. Shipping was great too. Would totally buy from this company again.

Absolutely stunning
I absolutely LOVE this computer! The computer is fast! It’s extremely fast and the screen is very high quality.It’s very lightweight.It’s not noisy at all and the battery actually last quite a while without having to be plugged in.The games are sooo much better on this computer than on a game system!! So easy to use and just all around great.

Keyboard is not backlit.
The media could not be loaded.
So far I am not impressed.The listing indicates that the keyboard is backlit, which is not.Searching Google Chrome in the Microsoft store does not yield any results, which makes me suspicious.Updating the library downloaded some bloat ware, (Minecraft Education?)…I’ll update this review if there are any changes.

Decent entry level laptop that is currently WAY overpriced
This is a great little Win11 system for basic use – my kids are using it for their school. However, for the pricepoint it is currently listed as, there is no way I’d pay full price for this. If the cost was cut in half, this would be a perfect buy.Don’t expect it to play the latest games or blow you away with the audio quality or anything like that. Make sure you understand what you are getting.Everything works, and works well. But this isn’t a top of the line laptop.

Only talking about how it works here.
This is an ACEMAGIC computer, and I had no idea how, but I found information about last year 2023, where someone found malware, or an issue which could have malware, infect the computers from this company.You can research it and see the corrective actions the company took – and this, in my opinion, is all good news.When I got the laptop, I went ahead with firing it up and setting up Windows 11 Home, which is what this one had.I was cautious about passwords and such to be safe that I do not use anything I already might… and I continued setup to get to the Windows Security section in settings.I then ran the Defender Scans (quick first, then FULL, and Offline)… all three scans came back clean, and I run them every now and again as well.With all that said, once I got things setup, the computer works very quickly and smoothly. The CASE that it is in, the body of the laptop feels pretty good, but the mousepad on this one kind of made it feel a little cheap, but it works flawlessly.When I went to download Chrome, the system has a pop up along the lines of “You don’t need Chrome…” I found that to be quite clever… but yeah, I need Chrome – I ALSO use Edge, so it doesn’t matter… the Mini Computer I have did not do that, but it has Windows 11 Pro.I installed Chrome and was moving along very well.I triple checked when the system was updated, and it informed me that it was in April 2024, much after the previous issues had been being addressed.With that information, along with ACEMAGIC articles explaining the situation, I am satisfied that my scans provide me with enough security to use this laptop well.I give this one five stars, but also advise to check the specifications of the unit, and do some comparative research on the specs v. end unit cost to make sure that you are getting what you want at a fair price point.

Surprisingly solid for the price
I’ve been using the ACEMAGIC Laptop for a bit now, and honestly, it’s been pretty good especially considering the price.The first thing you’ll notice is its metal body, which definitely gives it a more upscale vibe than what you’d expect at this price. The battery life is pretty solid, too. It usually lasts me through most of my day, which has been convenient for when I’m bouncing around from place to place – I haven’t felt tethered to the wall outlet at all, and haven’t needed to stress about plugging in as soon as I sit down somewhere. Granted, if you’re someone who’s glued to their laptop all day for work or play, you will find definitely find yourself reaching for the charger before the day’s up, but that’s true for virtually any laptop on the market.The keyboard feels nice enough under my fingers, but I really appreciate the extra number pad— I work in Excel constantly for personal stuff, and it makes dealing with numbers a lot less of a hassle. The inclusion of both types of USB ports is great also, as I don’t need to buy any adapters for any of my cables – it supports them all.Performance-wise, it’s been handling all my usual stuff like web browsing, watching videos, and jumping between different apps pretty smoothly. I haven’t tried anything too heavy-duty on it, but for everyday tasks, it’s been more than adequate. I’d say this would serve great as a travel laptop if you’re averse to bringing a more expensive daily driver.I would have appreciated a backlit keyboard and maybe a touchscreen, but after getting used to the keyboard layout I wouldn’t say the absence of either is really a dealbreaker for me either.As a whole, the ACEMAGIC Laptop is a solid budget-friendly pick for basic functionality and everyday tasks. Not metal as specs say
The housing is *not* metal as it says in the spec,, only metallic looking plastic. The computer is okay but I only use it for streaming movies, web surfing and Zoom conferencing. The camera is average (which means poor) but the speakers are terrible. Headphones are necessary. Its an okay budget computer and for the price

Fantastic Graphics!

My husband needed a new PC to run his simulator software, so after researching many different brands and the price tags we found AceMagic. It had good reviews and the price was outstanding for all the bells and whistles it came with. We received the computer exactly as described and it was very easy to set up. My husband has been extremely pleased with the sound quality and how clear and realistic the graphics are. The computer was purchased for the simulator only so I cannot speak on other features, but what we have used it for has been outstanding.

This and light for its size
I’m a bit surprised at how thin and light this laptop is.Running Windows 11Pro it feels fine.The N95 CPU performs well in regular tasks and isn’t super power hungry which helps with battery life.This is not a power house and you’re not likely to be doing and gaming but for regular web browsing, email, office programs, etc, it feels like it would work just fine.

Great laptop for Adobe
The screen on this laptop is really big, bright and accurate. When I saw it I immediately installed my Adobe Creative Cloud products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) The processor is powerful enough to run Premiere Pro to edit video so I’m very happy. The laptop is lightweight and slim, but really packs some power. I’m extremely happy with this laptop.

Needed something affordable with extra value and super glad I went online vs in store. Unboxing was standard and clean without too much excessive waste. Setup without all the Microsoft add ons they do in store was literally maybe 2 minutes. See ya Mcafee spam! With the included specs using the laptop for tv shows, YouTube, web surfing, and photo editing had been effortless as it should be in modern day. The included backlite keyboard in this price range was a huge plus as well since a lot of laptops don’t even have them. Screen is clear hd is speakers are fine but I prefer my headphones.The main determining factor was the ryzen 7 graphics. Casually playing games at medium/lower settings has been running surprisingly well! Fortnite a stable 60fps. If you attached a higher fps monitor I’m sure you could push it even further. Which also it has a display and charge usbc port perfect for secondary screens. Would definitely purchase for others if need be

This laptop meets my daily needs.
Currently, I am a big fan of this ACEMAGIC brand. I had purchased their 15-inch and 17-inch laptops for my family, and this time, I got this 16-inch laptop for myself.Since I am already familiar with 15 and 17 inches, the size of this laptop is in between. The weight of this laptop is reasonable, considering its screen. It is equipped with a full-size keyboard and a very large touchpad. The touchpad has so-so performance, but the keyboard gives Mac-type feedback. I really enjoy typing on this laptop.This laptop runs on Windows 11, and with AMD Ryzen 7 CPU, 16 GB of RAM, and 512 GB of storage, it gives me a clear display image and smooth performance. Additionally, the laptop charges through a type-C port, allowing me to share my other chargers with it. It also comes with an additional full-function type-C port. With my portable monitor, I was able to have two screens set up.The audio quality is not enjoyable, but I am living with it. Plus, I can always wear earbuds to listen to music. I also wish it could add a webcam cover like the 17-inch one.Overall, I enjoy using this laptop, and it helps me stay productive and entertained every day!

It’s a nice computer for the price.
This computer is actually exceeding my expectations. I couldn’t take online classes and notes simultaneously due to the small screen on my previous computer, so I bought this one specifically for my online classes. It’s good. The screen is larger than my current laptop, and the video streaming is smooth without any glitches. It’s a nice computer for the price.

Budget Machine

The metal unibody makes the laptop feel premium and rigid. The screen is also decently bright and the size is definitely better for productivity by being able to show more information.The keyboard also feels nice, but took me a little to get used too due to the smaller right shift key. I’ve used the laptop for simple tasks, mostly YouTube and homework, and it has been great.Given the price, it’s a good laptop. It’s no power house, but gets everything you need it to do done without a problem.
